General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs via the Noren Haus online shop.
§ 2 Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Noren Haus. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
§ 3 Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail.
§ 4 Delivery Conditions
Delivery is carried out exclusively within Germany. Shipping is free of charge for you. The delivery time is generally 3–7 business days from receipt of payment.
§ 5 Prices and Terms of Payment
All stated prices are final prices in Euro and include the statutory value-added tax. The accepted payment methods are visible during the ordering process.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the cancellation policy.
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
§ 9 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 10 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
